Partner Retirement and Appointment
Our Senior Partner, Mr Anthony Epstein, will be retiring on 30 April 2002. Anthony has held this position since 1994, and has been a Partner of the Firm and its predecessor for some 30 years. We are very pleased to have his continued assistance in a consultancy capacity.
We are pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 May 2002, Mr Jeffrey Goh, one of our senior managers, will become a Partner of the Firm. Jeffrey has worked with the Firm for the last 13 years and brings considerable expertise to this position.

Personal Pensions change of legislation from 31st January 2002
On 31st January 2002 the rules for Personal Pension relief will change.
The effect this has is that it will no longer be possible to carry forward any unused pension relief. The main benefits of this carry forward relief are; increasing your pension fund and reducing your tax payment on 31st January 2002.
Therefore you only have until the 31st January to avail yourself of the above opportunity. If you do nothing then any possible relief is lost forever.
The changes to the legislation only relate to Personal Pension and do not affect Retirement Annuity payments.
